This website is run by Brams Education (Brams English School), a Gujarat Board English medium school at Govindwadi Cross Roads, Isanpur, Ahmedabad. In this policy, "we", "us" and "the school" mean Brams Education.

- Enquiry and contact forms: parent name, mobile number, email (optional), child's name, class applied for and any message you send.
- Admission records: details and documents submitted during admission, such as birth certificate, Aadhaar, previous school records, photographs and address proof.
- Student records: attendance, academic progress, health and emergency contact details needed to care for your child at school.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange campus visits.
- To process admissions and maintain student records required by the Gujarat Board and education authorities.
- To share academic updates, circulars, fee reminders and emergency information with parents.
- To keep the campus and website safe and working properly.
4. Photos and videos
We may share photos and videos of school events on this website, our YouTube channel and in school publications. If you prefer that your child does not appear, please tell the school office in writing and we will respect your choice.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with education authorities and boards when required by law, with service providers who help us run the school (for example transport, IT or examination services) under confidentiality, or when needed to protect a child's safety.
6. Keeping information safe
Records are kept on secure systems and in locked files with access limited to authorised staff. We keep information only as long as needed for school, legal and board requirements.
7. Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, parents may ask to see, correct or update the information we hold, or withdraw consent for optional uses such as photos. Some records must be kept by law.
